Matsqui Flats
The Matsqui Flats is a trio group that originated from a larger band call Sticks and
Stones that specialized in classic rock, blues, and country covers with the occasional
original tune. Sticks and Stones played together for almost ten years at events such as:
Maple Ridge Casino, Run for the Cure - main stage band (multiple years) Block
Parties/Street Festivals, Private gatherings, Softball tournaments and more. We are well
seasoned on the stage.
The Matsqui Flats continues in the same footsteps by specializing in covers that
incorporate classic rock, roots & amp; blues and country. We also added more originals to the
set list. The trio consists of two guitars, bass, and vocal harmonies that provide the
audience with stripped down, easy listening, sing along tunes.

Bruce Coughlan
A seasoned performer, Bruce possesses a rare ability of expertly expressing his craft across a broad spectrum of genres & styles. He's equally at home with everything from Folk Music to Rhythm & Blues, with a particular penchant for Celtic, Roots, & Soul Music. With over four decades of songwriting, performing, and storytelling, Bruce Coughlan has carved his name into the heart of Canadian folk and roots music. From fronting Tiller’s Folly to captivating audiences as a solo songsmith, Bruce’s voice carries history, heart, and humanity in every lyric.
SØURDØPE
SØURDØPE is a Canadian instrumental collective forged through over 15 years of shared stages and musical collaborations. Emerging from the long-running cover band Vibetown, the group grew out of countless busking sessions and live performances across western Canada into a bold original project rooted in jazz, funk, and modern instrumental soul.
Driven by horn-led harmonies and a deep-pocket rhythm section, SØURDØPE creates immersive soundscapes that glide between cinematic textures and dance-floor momentum. Their sound draws inspiration from artists like Yussef Dayes, Lettuce, Khruangbin, and The Budos Band—music made for heads, hips, and everything in between.
Core members Kaylar Chan (saxophone), Ryley Kirkpatrick (guitar), and Jay Schreiber (drums) have been making music together since their teenage years, first connecting through their formal music studies. They are joined by longtime collaborators Jocelyn Waugh (trumpet) and Brett Selinger (bass), whose energy and musical voices help shape the distinctive auditory experience that is SØURDØPE.

Bushmen
Bushmen are a 3-piece folk-rock band from Kamloops, BC, forged in the heart of the BC Interior. The band came together in the spring of 2024, when Troy Bishop’s soulful vocals and guitar, Laszlo’s driving bass lines, and Greg’s earthshaking rhythms found an instant, unspoken chemistry among towering pines and bonfire light. All around the same vintage and working day jobs deep in the bush, the trio chose their name as a nod to both the wild landscapes they call home and the rugged spirit they bring to every performance.
Bushmen craft songs that feel like open-air journeys through mountain country, living at the intersection of classic folk storytelling and driving rock energy. Their sound is built on vivid lyrics, guitars that push and pull with momentum, and choruses made to land like a wide horizon. Rooted in the backcountry and small-town edges of British Columbia, they write about restless seasons, hard-won lessons, and the places that shape you: long highways, mountain views, campfire silence, and nights where the heart feels at one with nature.
Whether a song starts stripped back and close to the bone or stomps its way in, the goal stays the same: honest stories, strong melodies, and a spirit that’s grounded. On and off the stage, that same spirit shows up in how they live and work. They are rugged, hands-on, and built around a get ’er done mentality; true Bushmen at heart, putting in the hours and carrying that grit straight into the music.
Their debut single, “Goldfever,” offers a first taste of that identity: a fast-paced rock tune with a folk heart, chasing something bright and learning what it takes. It leads into their debut album, Tales from the Timber, released in April 2026, a record that delivers warmth, grit, and the unbridled sense of adventure that defines the band.

Kiki The Eco Elf

Tanya Lipscomb, an award-winning, touring singer/song writer and mother of 3 developed a character named "Kiki the Eco Elf" in 2008. "Kiki" is bright, colourful, silly and highly enthusiastic!
She has released 3 independent children's albums since 2010, performed at 100s of festivals and family events and has shared the stage/opened for Charlotte Diamond, Fred Penner, Splash n' Boots and Bobs & Lolo.
It is her joy and passion to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainability as well as compassionate kindness, musical expression, creativity and joyful play. She captures audiences with up-beat music, engaging the crowd to sing along, clap, stomp and dance. Kiki involves young and old alike, with interactive games and story-telling and enthralls children (and the young at heart) with her larger than life stage presence, inspiring them to make positive, creative choices to better the world.

Leif David’s internationally award-winning act, showcasing his specialty in close-up and stage magic, has been amazing audiences for over 30 years. His family-friendly show can be seen at corporate conventions, festivals, weddings, and private parties. Each show features clean comedy and tons of audience participation, making the audience volunteers the stars of the show!
UKE IT UP!
Princeton ukulele group called UKE IT UP! Consists of up to 10 members presently. It was started 2 years
ago and practices once a week. Our fun loving singing musicians play all genre’s of music from peppy
children’s songs, jazz, ballads, country, spiritual and even rock and roll. We perform regularly at
Princeton’s Ridgewood Care home and at some local events. We are happy to join the Copper Mtn.
Music Festival in the children’s portion of the festival this year. Bring your children out on Sunday Aug
23rd and have them sing and join with us. The ukulele is a fun and easy instrument to play at any age. Consider
joining our fun playing and singing group and bring some music into your life

Tanya Lipscomb
Throughout Tanyas musical career, there has been a constant display of passion and devotion. Her spicy stage presence is marked with exuberance and excitement, her playing and rhythm is consistently solid and her 3-octave voice sways from rich, deep and powerful, to soft, subtle and sensuous. This Canadian artist has been performing for audiences for over 20 years and has won 3 awards from the Calgary Folk Festival Song writing Competition including The Arusha Song for Social Justice (2009), Best LIVE Performance (2008) and Best Lyrics (2005). With the ability to weave a tale, along with fresh, crisp lyrics, stage charisma and charm,Tanya has also won awards with the Jasper Folk Festival biannual competition (2003 & 2005) for best LIVE performance.
Since relocating to BC in 2009, Tanya has recorded 10 albums, having previously recorded 4 albums between 2004-2008 in Jasper, Alberta. She is currently working on 2 more albums and has performed across Canada playing with and/or opening for superb musicians, some of whom have been listed beside this text.
Born August 14, 1981 in Edmonton, Alberta and raised in the Ottawa Valley, Tanya was interested in music and performance at a young age. She starred in numerous plays and musicals which included starring as Anne Shirley in Canadas favourite Anne of Green Gables. At 11 years old, she joined the school band playing clarinet and trumpet. She started writing proper songs when she was 12, got her first guitar and keyboard when she was 13 and a mandolin at 16. Over the next decade, she picked up the bass, drums, various percussive instruments and most notable, the Boss RC300 Triple Phrase Loop Pedal. This new tool has allowed her to build a band and a wall of sound in front of the audience's eyes laying all instrument tracks LIVE.
Currently Tanya resides in Vernon, BC, recently becoming an "empty nester" and is recording her 15th and 16th albums. Lipscomb is always preparing for another tour, continually playing festivals, house concerts, jazz clubs, pubs, restaurants, cafes and bars, promoting her albums. A busy musician, composer, producer and writer, you may also find Tanya Lipscomb performing as her alter ego- children's entertainer "Kiki the Eco Elf". Or perhaps playing with various bands, singing in a choir or performing with the Okanagan sensation "The Dharma Dolls" a trio made up of Lipscomb, New York coloratura soprano Melina Moore and bi-lingual jazz chanteuse Judy Rose.
